In the rapid development of science and technology nowadays, innovation is themost important way for a brand to consolidate its market position, especially in thefield of manufacture industry. For a long time, it is believed that the idea ofinnovation is a flash in people’s mind, which means it is random. Genrich S. Altshuler,a great Russian researcher, told us in his lifelong research achievements that there areboth theory and method of innovation. Means innovation can be through by thesystem analysis, named TRIZ.Based on the study of TRIZ, the thesis applied a quality improving project aboutthe product X of company S, analysis and export solution, then put into trialproduction. Finally, the solution is verified and summarized according to the results ofthe trial production. Due to the fact that TRIZ focuses on innovative solutions, there’sno set of rigorous method for analysis and measurement of the problem, and all of thedefinition, analysis and measurement are completed by Six Sigma.DMAIC is used to management mode of Six Sigma to complete the problem’sdefinition, measurement and analysis. The conclusion is to improve the product Xassembly broken and particle, then use TRIZ for the following analyze. Through theuse of resources and function analysis, choosing suitable tool of TRIZ for each failure.Finally by using assessment and analysis of the improved plan, get a conclusion thatthe plan can satisfy the requirement of mass production. Through improving thequality problem of the company S, its production cost lowering230096RMB per day,also improved the customer satisfaction.
