Equipment Management is the guarantee of productivity, quality, and efficieny,delivery time in manufactures. Equipments always be kept in good will impactmanufactures’ profits,competivity and development in the future.TPM as a goodmethod of cost decreasing and benefit improving gets more and more attention.Thisarticle combined with THMC Company’s actual situation, studied TPM establishmentand application in THMC Company in order to promote TPM activites sciencepopularization and effective application in Manufactures.The major research works are as follows:1) Through deep learning and fully understanding TPM theory and combinedwith THMC Company’s actual situation, put forward to apply TPM as a good methodof cost decreasing and benefit improving to improve manufactures’ equipmentmanagement. Making clear TPM purpose, expected effect, working content andcharacteristics etc, Set up a solid foundation for TPM establishment and application inTHMC Company.2)According to basic principle of TPM and implementing steps, combined withTHMC Company actual situation, Set up TPM management system in THMCCompany, through self maintenance system to achive “own equipment, ownmanagement”, through planned maintenance system to avoid and reduce breakdownloss,through individual improvement activity to improve OEE.3) In order to ensure the continuity and efficiency of production,combined withTHMC Company actual situation, research and analysis the several main aspects ofTPM implementation, ABC classfication of equipment.,CBM,5S, visual managementand proposal activity can help manufacture to reduce effectively maintenancefrequency and breakdown time.4) In long term practice, the author tires to combine general theory of TPM andacutal production with quality management, put forward to the method ofcombination of TPM activities and and6Sigma Management and put it into practice.6Sigma changed dull TPM managenet into mangement mode base on data and proces,this kind of management mode can better achieve continuous improvement inmanufactures. The research not only assures TPM implementation successfully in THMCCompany but also promotes the development and improvement of TPM theory.
