Agriculture is the basis of our national economy. The issues concerning agriculture,countryside and farmers are the problems that we should face and solve in the periodof social transformation in China. The development of agricultural products logisticalsystem is directly related to the process of our agricultural industrialization,income-increasing and the construction of new socialist countryside. As the hub of theagricultural products logistical system, the wholesale market of origin plays animportant role in developing rural economics and promoting the construction ofagricultural market system.We are currently still facing a lot of problems, such as irrational distribution, lack ofspecialization, and poor logistical services in the development of agricultural marketof origin. So we should carry out the study of feasibility before the construction inorder to meet a right investment decision.LY county is an important agricultural production area in our country. There is agreat variety of crops and convenient transportation which meets the requirements ofthe agricultural market. In this paper, we use feasibility study method to analyze theconstruction of the market in the aspects of market prospects, construction techniques,economic benefits, social benefits and project risks. The result shows that the projecthas good prospects, reasonable techniques, strong profitability, and anti-risk ability. Ithas huge promoter action to the economic development and employment. Thefeasibility study provides rich theories for the decision-making.This paper has an important guiding significance for the construction of the marketand provides references for other similar construction.
