With the pace of interest rate marketization reform of our country isaccelerated, the competition between banks will be more intense, personal loansand rapid growth in recent years, also more and more by all the attention ofcommercial banks, the current development of a loan business is also faced withsome problems. Personal loans business is commercial banks in the loan businessfor the public company (also known as corporate credit) to the natural personopen basis (or non legal person organization) for loans to meet the distributedobject in the consumer or other purpose loan. For the commercial banks, it is veryimportant to the grassroots marketing personnel risk prevention consciousness. Inparticular, the marketing personnel for the loan risk awareness of the master, cannot only ensure the perfect risk management system, but also can promote theeffective implementation of risk management strategy, reduce the probability ofoccurrence of retail bank lending risks, reduce bank personal loans risk lossdegree, improve the efficiency of bank credit risk management has great role inpromoting, for business bank loan risk control. Moreover, the risk awarenesslevel of ascension will greatly improve the quality and efficiency of riskmanagement.The loan risk status of J branch of X bank’s personal loan business hascarried on the investigation and research, find the risk point, and analyze thereasons of risk occurs, then put forward the reasonable countermeasures andsolving methods, improve the personal loan business process, reduce the X Jbranch of bank loan business not yield, to help the development of better personalloans business. Based on this background, this paper studied the X bank J branchpersonal loans risk management.In this paper, the results of related theory about personal loan and research.Then it introduces the present situation of X bank J branch personal loans, on thisbasis from the customer credit, customer asset and risk ma nagementconsciousness and ability of employees, the bank risk management level severalaspects has carried on the analysis to the problem of risk in X bank J branch personal loans, analyzed the existing staff the responsibility heart is not strong,not strict investigation, post loan management form now, finally, on the basis ofprevious analysis, proposed the J branch of X bank personal loan business riskprevention and improvement measures, the grassroots marketing personnel toenhance the customer credit reading ability; actively carry out investigation work,and timely notification of problems; case analys is of characteristics, staff andimprove risk prevention awareness. Banks also should expand the channels, domortgage mortgage and consumer loans; to develop and improve risk preventionawareness training; to further control the loan customer qualification.
