Performance appraisal is a very important in enterprise management, in the dailymanagement of enterprises, effective performance appraisal can bring many benefits.Performance evaluation can make the enterprise operation and management of customer, canprompt the operator at the same time of grasping the work and achieve the goal of enterpriseestablished, rather than to separate the two. So the biggest advantage is that performanceappraisal is that it focus on the goal of the enterprise, stimulate the enterprise all the memberswork direction from pure busy focused towards the direction of the goal of enterpriseestablished requirements. Performance appraisal can also regulate the behavior of operators’,to assist the operators to improve their management level. In addition, through theperformance appraisal system, can also be found in the enterprise potential problems, makethe enterprise has been developing towards the direction of the. The effective implementationcan promote enterprise management work and the realization of the strategic objectives,although performance evaluation can not deal directly with all the problems, but also can tosolve the problem of good most of the operation and management to provide thecorresponding help. Then, combining the actualsituation of the KC Group, will new evaluation scheme applications of2013KC Companyperformance evaluation of the work of the Management.
