With the population of the land keeps growing, The disturbance degree from human to land is more and more strong. Along with the decrease in qualification and the scarce in amount of land resources, all scholars began to gazing at the change of different elements in spatial, and emphasizing speculation of the future trend. Study on land carrying capacity has become the important supporting theory for the regional. This paper selected Chongqing Wulong as the sample. Chongqing Wulong is local in Karst mountain guest. The research focused on the land comprehensive carrying capacity in complex terrain landform area and land stressed area. This paper made innovation in research thinking and method.First of all, analyzing the essential meaning of the land and concept of land comprehensive carrying capacity, to set up the evaluation indicator system of bearing capacity of land resources. The land comprehensive carrying capacity of the study area from 2006 years to 2013 years have been gone into very thoroughly based on factor analysis model. The research shows that land comprehensive carrying capacity and the scale of construction land carrying capacity was gradually increasing. But the pressures from regional development to ecological resources also was worse progressively.Then, the current data of land use in Wulong was obtained accurately by using The improved wavelet algorithm to fuse the TM and MODIS. And from the biological resource consumption point, the land ecological capacity of the study area from 2000 years to 2013 years for sustainability was explored deeply. The analysis results show that Wulong had a great ecological security hidden trouble in recent years. The consumption of regional ecological has been in a unsustainable status. And the phenomenon of ecological deficit get serious. Although land comprehensive carrying capacity of Wulong was increasing in a short period of time, the unsustainable of ecological consumption would eventually lead to the unsustainable of all over the environment system, and affect the land carrying capacity severely.Next, the land comprehensive carrying capacity of the study area was simulated and predicted under the development of different contextual model. The simulation results show that the land comprehensive carrying capacity would be in the best state of development, as long as the policy of the coordinated development of ecology, economy and society in Wulong.Last, the results of the study were summarized, and policy suggestions are made based on sustainable development of land comprehensive carrying capacity. The suggestions show that the regional ecological resources in Wulong should pay much attention in the future development. The government should do a good job of coordinating town development and population growth rate. The quality and quantity of the distribution of all kinds of the biological productivity land in the region must be protected. The spatial distribution of land should be regulated. Trying to realize the transformation of industry energy and domestic energy in a short time to strictly control the amount of coal use in Wulong.
