Study On Evaluation Of Land Comprehensive Carrying Capacity In Li County

Land is the carrier of the formation,existence and long-term development of human society,and the irreplaceable material basis of social and economic development.With the rapid advancement of industrialization and urbanization of our country,problems as resource shortages and environmental pollution have become increasingly prominent,and the contradiction between people and land has become increasingly intensified.Choosing the proper direction of land development and utilization and controlling the intensity of land development within an appropriate range are inevitable requirements for the sustainable development of regional social economy.Li County is an important part of the upper reaches of the Minjiang River and an important ecological barrier in the Chengdu Plain.It is of great significance for maintaining regional ecological security and sustainable economic and social development.Thus,the study on the evaluation of land comprehensive bearing capacity in this area is beneficial to find out the background of land resources,and is an important reference for the improvement of regional land bearing capacity and the rational development of national land and space.This article takes Li County as the research area,takes the comprehensive land carrying capacity as the research object,and takes the key research and development project of Sichuan Province "Research on the Green Livable Performance Improvement Technology of the Northwest Sichuan Plateau Village and Town Settlement(2020YFS0308)" as the support.On the basis of field research and literature analysis,this paper uses GIS,RS technology and related mathematical methods,according to the regional characteristics and the land use status of Li County,to analyze the natural and economic and social factors that affect the comprehensive carrying capacity of the land,and objectively evaluate the comprehensive land carrying capacity of this area.Based on grading and zoning,measures and suggestions for improving comprehensive land carrying capacity are proposed.The main research contents and conclusions of the paper are as follows:(1)First,through a systematic analysis of the natural,social,environmental and land use factors that affect the comprehensive land carrying capacity of the region,it is concluded that the comprehensive land carrying capacity is affected by internal factors and external factors,and the internal factors are the influence of land resources.The external factors include human social and economic activities,ecological environment and land use.(2)According to the principles of evaluation index system construction and the actual situation of the study area,combining with four aspects of land resources carrying,economy,society and ecology,in this paper,16 evaluation indexes,such as land use rate,per capita disposable income,urbanization level and forest coverage rate,are selected to build the evaluation index system of land comprehensive carrying capacity in Li county.The analytic hierarchy process and entropy method are used to calculate the index weights.The linear weighting method is used to assign the combined weights.According to the comprehensive evaluation model,the comprehensive land carrying capacity evaluation value of towns in Li County is calculated.It is concluded that the comprehensive land carrying capacity of the study area generally shows a law of decreasing from the center of Zagunao Town to the surroundings.According to the research,the classification standard of 0-1 is used.The results show that the comprehensive land carrying capacity of the study area can be divided into three categories: Zagunao Town is a high bearing area.Gulgou Town,Taoping Town,Tonghua Township,Jiabi Township,Ganbao Township,Puxi Township,Muka Township,Xiameng Township,Miyaluo Township,and Shangmeng Township are medium bearing areas.Putou Town and Xuecheng Town are low bearing areas.(3)The comprehensive land carrying capacity of towns in Li County is mostly at a low level.This is affected by the combination of natural conditions and social and economic conditions.The highest comprehensive carrying capacity is Zagunao Town,the lowest is Xuecheng Town,and the townships The combined average value is 0.4737,and the ecological carrying capacity and social carrying capacity are at a low level.Calculate the obstacle degree of the comprehensive land carrying capacity of the research area through the analysis method of the comprehensive land carrying capacity obstacle factors.The main obstacle factors of the comprehensive land carrying capacity of Li County include land utilization rate,per capita arable land area,grain yield,per capita net income of farmers and herdsmen,The level of urbanization,the number of geological disaster points,etc.The degree of obstacles of each system is in order of economic carrying capacity,land resource carrying capacity,social carrying capacity,and ecological carrying capacity;(4)Finally,according to the evaluation results,the classification and the results of the diagnosis of the degree of obstacles are proposed.Based on the principle of improving the comprehensive land carrying capacity,measures and suggestions for improving the comprehensive land carrying capacity are proposed for different zones.
