| Studying on the Land Comprehensive Carrying Capacity is main scientific basis and guarantee for land space development and rational distribution.Yingjiang County,which is located in the southwest region of yunnan province in China,and most on the border with Myanmar,is the Golden Port channel of connecting South Asia,Southeast Asia and India.Yingjiang County also has 27 ethnic groups with special ecological environment,terrain and landform conditions.most of the areas in Yingjiang county are restricted development zone in the division of the main functional areas of the China,therefore,how to carry out spatial distribution of land and resources reasonably,develop effectively and orderly,and ensure the use of land resources scientifically is practical and urgent problems of land and resources development and utilization in Yingjiang county.This paper takes Yingjiang County as an example to carry out the research on the land comprehensive carrying capacity of the main functional area by collecting regional background data,land use database,statistical yearbook,county data and so on,and then builds the evaluation index system of land resources based on the theory of land carrying capacity and evaluates the land comprehensive carrying capacity in county area by using the method of mean square deviation decision making model,finally,selects target layer,criterion layer and index layer three level evaluation system.The target layer is the evaluation of land comprehensive carrying capacity,This paper comes to following conclusions.(1)The capacity of land carrying of Pingyuan County,Xincheng County,Nozhang County is higher than the others due to natural conditions,combination of light and heat,social capital investment,should be considered as prior region to develop.(2)Jiucheng County?Taiping County?Zhanxi County?Nabang County are in a medium grade of land carrying capacity due to a lower level of economicdevelopment.(3)Kachang County?Mangzhang County and Tongbiguanxiang County are in a lower grade of land carrying capacity because of their low level of social and economic development.Although the resource and environmental load of these regions is higher,but the land carrying capaticy is not such high because of a lower grade of social and economic carrying capacity.(4)Xima County,Mengnong County,Zhina County Sudianlisuzu County and Yousongling County are in a low grade of land carrying capacity in Yingjiang Conuty because of the low grade of social economic development.The fragile economic and the frequent geologicial hazards are not good for the land development and utilization of these regions either.So that the economic,social and resource carrying capcity is lower than the other regions. |
