| In 2015,China released the annual “No. 1 Central Documentâ€consecutively focusing on three rural issues for 12 years: agriculture, rural areas and farmers, which shows that our party and our country attach great importance to agricultural problem. As one relatively intuitive indicator to measure the agricultural development in a region, agricultural productivity directly affects the development of agriculture. A lot of fertile land with better conditions has been inundated after Three Gorges Project began to fill. As a result, a series of problems exacerbated in the reservoir area,such as weak infrastructure and industry development, the obvious contradiction between people and land and fragile ecological environment. To ensure a sustainable, stable and healthy development of agriculture, the study about agricultural productivity is extremely imperative and meaningful.The purpose of this study are threefold: First, on the status of the development of the agricultural economy of the Three Gorges reservoir Three Gorges reservoir analysis to identify current problems in the development of agricultural economy; the second is to identify differences in the Three Gorges Reservoir internal efficiency of agricultural production, laws change, growth source; the third is to reveal the decisive factors in the Three Gorges reservoir area of agricultural productivity.The main contents of this paper include:(1) Establish the logical starting point and analytical framework of the study. By finishing the concept of agricultural productivity, measurement methods, literature review and outside the agricultural productivity of research, literature review and a literature review of agricultural economics research Reservoir DEA model selection, a clear starting point for research and analysis of the logical framework;(2) The use of a three-stage DEA and Malmquist productivity index method, the reservoir area counties 2003-2012 systematically measure the efficiency of agricultural production, and in-depth analysis of the law of change of agricultural productivity, volatility trends and regional differences;(3) The use of panel data model for agricultural production in the Three Gorges Reservoir factors affecting the efficiency of the inspection and to reveal and discuss the factors affecting the efficiency of agricultural production in the Three Gorges Reservoir Area;(4) According to the previous analysis, to enhance the efficiency of agricultural production in the Three Gorges Reservoir policy recommendations.The main conclusions of this paper are:(1) 2003-2012, the total amount of the agricultural economy in the Three Gorges Reservoir showed rapid growth, the main city of the smallest geometric growth rate reached 8.66 percent, the biggest Yiling District reached 18.4%, but there are still many question: limited natural conditions for agricultural development and rural labor shortage of high-quality scientific know, farming scores, internal structure is irrational, backward infrastructure, water and soil pollution;(2) By pearson correlation test and paired sample T test results show the third stage DEA estimates higher than the results of the first phase is estimated credibility, 2003-2013 comprehensive technical reason for the low efficiency of the Three Gorges reservoir scale inefficiency is caused to the third stage of the 2012 Comprehensive Technology efficiency in accordance with the excellent, good, fair, and poor grades four cluster, and the difference was found in the general category of counties, in addition to longevity, but are in the library abdomen, the first regional library; Malmquist index and by decomposition analysis found that technical progress Three Gorges Reservoir on the current TFP greater impact;(3) factors affecting agricultural productivity growth in the Three Gorges Reservoir empirical analysis shows that the impact of industrialization on the explanatory variables is negative, the rate of urbanization, mechanization utilization, fertilizer input levels on each of the explanatory variables have positive and negative, financial support, farmers scale, the impact of agricultural structure adjustment coefficient for each explanatory variable is positive.Suggestions.
