Strategic Research On The Development Of Open Economy In Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Area

The open economy is defined as a kind of economic mode that the commodities,production factors and service can freely step over the border,according to the regulation of the market to achieve the optimal allocation of resources. Economic openness is an index to measure the open economy. Modern economy is creating a new competitive system on the basis of the aviation,digitization and the value of time. Airport and its surroundings are becoming highly concentrated areas which have characteristic economy activitives.Under the background of economic globalization, the open economy has become an inevitable requirement at the stage of economic development. Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Area is integrated by Xinzheng international airport and Comprehensive Bonded Zone of Xinzheng, which is not only the first area of the airport economiy zone in the development of our country, but also an important portal of inland areas opens to the public.Researches on the development of the open economy in Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Area conform to the development project of airport economic zones in our country, and have important significance in Zhengzhou,even the whole province.Through the location theory, the industrial agglomeration theory, the stages of economic development theory, the point axis development theory, the theory of export base and the new classical trade theory, the new economic growth theory, the eclectic theory of international production and the financial deepening theory from a macro perspective of the open economy, combined with theory of index system of the open economy, the study is to analyse development of the open economy in Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Area at present.The analysis includes the ordinary circumstance of Xinzheng airport, the current development of foreign trade, foreign capital introduction and modern service industry,such as modern finance, cross-border trade E-commerce and cultural education services, then points out that in the development of the open economy in Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Area there are still some problems which restrict to improve its international competitive ability and the level of the open economy, and analysis of the reasons are also given subsequently.In order to measure the level of the open economy in Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Area,the study builds up an index system,and selects three indices including the openness to trade in goods, the investment openness, the service trade openness as a openness measure model, then judges the economic opening level from vertical to horizontal comparative analysis with the above measure results of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Area. Through the empirical results, main suggestions have be provided,involving the construction of regional open platform, promotion of enterprise internationalization,conversions to free trade zone, optimizition the distribution of the open economy and promotions on the construction of the security system to elevate the level of developmen in the open economy of Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental Area.
