Providing a judgment for the investment projects and space layout. In the part of model validation,this article chooses one of the top ten center fishing port Shenjiamen Fishing Port, has carried on the feasibility analysis to its fishing port recreation and diversification.Proposed Shenjiamen fishing port should continue to maintain the fishing port city on the whole characteristics, and driving the mutual integration and complementary development of both north and south shores, by the different industry clustering of south “recreation port” and north “fishing port”.
