Research On Industrial Transformation And Spatial Layout Optimization Of Fishing Port Economic Zone

Since China put forward the marine economic development strategy,promoting the development of the fishing port economic zone has become an important goal and task for the development and construction of fishing ports in coastal areas.The development of the fishing port economic zone is realized on the basis of the development of the fishing port.It is also an advanced stage of the development of the fishing port.It is an innovative model for regional economic development that achieves coordinated development of fishing ports,fisheries,fishing villages and fishermen.In view of this,this paper will be divided into three parts to study the industrial transformation and upgrading and layout optimization of China's fishing port economic zone.In the first part,through systematic research and literature induction methods,this paper systematically summarizes and analyzes the development of China's fishing port economic zone,and analyzes the fishing port economic zone based on economic zone theory,growth pole theory,industrial cluster theory and spatial structure reorganization theory.The basic connotation of the concept of fishery industry,fishing village,fishery industry cluster,fishery industry support system and fishery development driving force,as well as the structure and content of the development model and support system,and construction requirements.The second part analyzes the current situation and existing problems of China's fishing port economic zone;selects the Shipu fishing port of Xiangshan County as the case area and compares its advantages,and proposes the key issues to be solved.The third part is to study the ways and measures of the transformation and upgrading of traditional industries in the fishing port economic zone and the industrial layout optimization plan of the fishing port economic zone,and provide decision-making reference for the development of marine fisheries in coastal areas of China;and provide experience for the optimization of industrial layout in China's fishing port economic zone.
