Research For New-type Urbanization Of The Peripheral Area Of Zhongyuan Urban Agglomeration In Henan Province

As the construction of a group of three subject of the construction of the urban agglomeration in the Central Plains, Henan province put forward many development strategies. These strategies promote the Henan regional economic development, at the same time resulted in the imbalance of development in Henan Province. Zhongyuan urban agglomeration developed rapidly, but the peripheral areas developed relatively backward. People have gradually realized this problem. Therefore, how to make the balanced development of Henan Province become an important problem urgently needed to solve the economic development of Henan Province.China’s urbanization has significant regional differences. Because of the existence of these features, the research on urbanization problem still has important practical significance. The existing researches on urbanization are mostly concerned about the large cities, the urban agglomeration, and the metropolitan area. But there are not much study of the peripheral areas of the urban agglomeration. To this end, this paper studies the outlying areas of Central Plains of Henan Province. The study of new urbanization has important theoretical significance.This article takes the theory of new urbanization based on the Central Plains city of Henan Province. First, the peripheral regions were defined, and the connotation and mechanism of new urbanization was described; secondly, the urbanization development experience and practice in developed countries was described; third, using the static analysis method and comparative analysis of the central city of Henan Province, the periphery of new urbanization development status were analyzed; then by constructing the new evaluation index system of urbanization level, 23 indicators data from Henan in the peripheral area of Zhongyuan city group of nine cities by factor analysis, the nine cities in the study area to conduct a comprehensive ranking; finally, analysis of the above research, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, including the construction of urban construction extension, the connotation of urbanization and new towns and the role of the market system guarantee.
