| As an integral part of social development,industrial development and urbanization play a key role in promoting regional economic development.Tourism and new-type urbanization are important subsystems for industrial development and urbanization,respectively,and will also strongly promote regional economic development.Henan is rich in tourism resources.In recent years,the process of new urbanization has also advanced to a greater extent,but the level of economic development still needs to be further improved.How to organically combine the development of tourism with the new type of urbanization and jointly promote the steady and healthy development of the economy of Henan Province has become an important issue that is currently facing.This essay takes Henan Province as the research object,using the theory of industrial cluster,growth pole theory,cumulative causality theory of circulation and co-evolutionary theory,the theoretical analysis of the goal of the coordinated development of tourism and new urbanization,the internal mechanism of action,and the interaction mechanism.The study concludes that: after the formation of tourism industry clusters,tourism enterprises and the new urbanization system conduct free flow of business flows,logistics,capital flows,and information flows under the combined effects of institutional factors,economic factors,environmental factors,and social factors.Completed the operation and development of the entire system.In the course of the operation of the entire system,the tourism industry and the new towns have long been in a state of mutual promotion and coordinated development.On this basis,this paper measures the comprehensive development index of tourism and new urbanization from 2001 to 2016 by establishing an evaluation index system,and then measures the degree of synergy between tourism and new urbanization development.The basic conclusion that the provincial tourism industry and new urbanization are in a good state of coordination.In addition,this paper takes the comprehensive development index of tourism and new urbanization as the basis to carry out relevant verification analysis,verifying that there is a short-term and long-term equilibrium relationship between the two,and in the short-term,the development of tourism will quickly promote a new type of urbanization.However,the new urbanization has a certain lag in pulling the tourism industry.At the same time,this paper analyzes the effect of the impact of the two sub-systems,and empirically concludes that economic urbanization has the most significant impact on the tourism industry;and the tourism economic development subsystem has the most significant impact on the new urbanization.Finally,this paper proposes policy recommendations for the coordinated development of the current tourism and new urbanization in Henan Province from the government and the market. |
