With the rapid development of Internet, online games become more and more popular and controversial. The reason is not only its huge market influence in China with a level of nearly billions of income, but also its economic and cultural research value due to its arts property, just like movie and drama, in the view of its definition. Different from the research focused on Internet addiction and legal assets appraisal, this thesis aims to help developers to well develop a game and stably maintain the games through theory research combined with gamer practical experience.This thesis first introduces the classification of online games and its brief development history in China, describes the basis of Petri net and Game Theory, and presents the concept of Stochastic Game Net (SGN). Then, we analyze the economic system of "The World 3" based on two monetary coin and gold in detail, including launching, circulation, and recycling of all links after deconstruction. Based on the analysis, we introduce Petri net into the new field of online games and get a Petri net model of the economic system of "The World 3" using the software of Pipe. Furthermore, the obtained model is verified using the trading data of official online stores list.Then use the concept of network information security for reference, for the first time, this thesis considers the gamers and developer as attacker and defender, respectively, during game updating period. Based on the analysis of an example, we model the strategic behavior of gamer and developer, respectively, and then get SGN model of "The World 3". Through reasonable initial the parameters of the obtained model and according to the developers characteristics of making profits, we get the attacker and defender’s the profit function and Mixed Nash equilibrium using the maximum minimum strategy, which may be refereed by the developers to make strategy.Finally, based on the summary the thesis, the means of modeling and online correction theory of online games in the future is discussed.
