With continuous development and progress of the economy, the strengthening of tourist flow trend of internationalization, international hotel groups into a strong, professional capacity requir ements of hotel staff to ask for a more humane, more comprehensive. And the front office as the core department in hotel operations, professional capacity requirements to its employees is relati vely higher, more comprehensive. How to promote the international hotel group, the front office staff’s professional ability, reducing the gap between and hotel industry development reality dem and, become the international hotel group and common challenges faced by colleges and universi ties.International hotel group, the front office staff has high flexibility, independence, is the combi nation of applied and theoretical professional and technical positions, so the various aspects of th e professional ability requirements are relatively high. In this paper, in order to enhance the inter national hotel group professional ability of the front office as the ultimate goal. First of all, profe ssional ability, hotel workers, professional ability of combing and analysis of the relevant literatu re both at home and abroad, and write the related literature review, at the macro level of vocation al ability and hotel staff professional ability to grasp the progress; Secondly, through literature re view and interview method, analyzing the status quo of the international hotel group, front desk s taff professional ability, it is concluded that the various aspects of specific professional ability; A gain, through expert advice, professional ability of revising the index system, determine the inter national hotel group professional ability of the front office staff including general ability, professi onal ability, cross-cultural ability and social ability from four aspects, so as to form a reasonable expert questionnaire. Of the questionnaire survey to select relevant industry experts through the e ntropy weight fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to deal with expert questionnaire data. Fi nd the international hotel group, the front office staff’s overall professional ability is low, cross-c ultural ability and general ability remains to be further improved, and analyze the cause of his pr ofessional ability is low. In ability under the guidance of theory and the theory of multiple intelli gences, this article from the international hotel group itself and the two sides of the colleges and universities, to improve professional ability of the front office staff put forward relevant counter measures and Suggestions.
