Research On Pengxi County Tourism Development Pattern In A Perspective Of New Urbanization

“New Urbanization” is the core theme and integrated structure in the design of top-level comprehensive development structure in the comingyears,it is the main power to drive the domestic needs and a key structure to keep constantly increasing.New urbanization was first proposed in the 18 th Chinese communist party congress and combined with problems came out in the stage of traditional urbanization and Rectification program and formulated in a social economy scheme of how to release the consumption drive and the pursuit of the Party and the State in light of the welfare of the people.Since the New Urbanization first came up, the quantity of the research on it increases a lot in the passing day and brought a widespread academic concern. County is the foundation of China; it attaches great importance on researching as the most active economy in Chinese economy.Tourism industry have the characteristics of correlation, comprehensive strength, long industrial chain, covering many industry in the first, second and third industry, so as to be able to form the industrial agglomeration effect, the tourism development rapidly in recent years, the use of tourism industry as pillar industry of the county has a low investment and high return to our interests, at the same time, the county’s tourism industry as a pillar industry will also be able to solve some problems in the traditional urbanization stage, effectively to solve with "city disease" phenomenon in the urbanization process. Therefore, this paper set about from the perspective of new type of urbanization, the county tourism development model. This paper first to sort out the new urbanization research situation at home and abroad systematically, and then form a complete system, and summarize development model of county tourism at home and abroad, then extract several types of the county tourism development, citing specific development strategy on behalf of the county, of trying to grope for various types of general law of development also to county tourism at home and abroad. This thesis summarizes the general problems in the stage of traditional urbanization, came up with selection influence factors index system in tourism development pattern from a perspective of New Urbanization in the requirements of New Urbanization and builds the county areas tourism development pattern and choice in the perspective of New Urbanization.The author takes the Pengxi County, a low developed area in Sichuan province as a sample, research on its growing situation in three aspects in light of tourism resource condition, tourism economy foundation and tourism supports, select a suitable development pattern combined with the development pattern and way which came up before. At last, the author give advice on Pengxi county tourism development in the new perspective of industry-urban integration, urban and rural areas as a whole level, ecological civilization level, in order to provide value for other county’s tourism development.Effectively avoiding the happening of the "Matthew effect", realization of peng balances development of the tourism partition. Construction of resource saving, environment friendly, livable, safe operation and healthy development of the economy and the development Suggestions contribute to continuous improvement of the ecological countyin order to provide reference value to other county tourism development.
