Comprehensive Evaluation On The Intensive Utilization Of Cultivated Land In Bazhou District

The land is the foundation of economic development and the spatial carrier of human existence. Our country has relatively large amount of land resources, but because of the massive population and extensive use for a long time, which makes the contradiction of our people and land is very prominent, the non-renewability and finiteness of the land resources require that China should follow the way of intensive utilization. Since the 3rd Plenary Session of the 17 th National Congress of CPC firstly took the economical and intensive utilization of land as the basic national policy, and the 3rd Plenary Session of the 18 th National Congress of CPC proposed perfecting the economical and intensive utilization of land, both in the central urbanization conference and rural work conference, the emphasis has been placed on the economical and intensive utilization of land, which finally contributed to the establishment of the key role of the economical and intensive utilization of land in economic and social development.This paper aims to construct the comprehensive evaluation index system on economical and intensive utilization of the cultivated land, on the basis of the significance study, current researches abroad and at home, the thorough understanding of economical and intensive utilization of land and its related theories, and the current utilization situation of cultivated land in Bazhou District concluded from the analysis of the impact factors of economical and intensive utilization of land with the aid of PSR Model. Subsequently,by applyingAHP, the weight of each index and the comprehensive evaluation value of economical and intensive utilization of cultivate land have been confirmed, according to which some rational proposal has been put forward to promote the economical andility, and the second stage from 2005 to 2010,during which the intensive utilization degree grows relatively greatly, except in 2008 and 2010. The total ordering of intensive utilization degree is: 2009 >2007 >2010 >2008 >2006 >2003 >2004 >2005, and the average annual intensive degree is 0.4393, which is at the middle level of intensive utilization.
