The problem of farmers’ income is the basic and key problem of three dimensional rural issues ".Sichuan province is a big agricultural province in China, a large agricultural population, in the rapid development of urbanization under the background of the times, how to use the urbanization to promote the increase of farmers’ income has become the top priority of economic work in Sichuan province. In this paper, the use of the resident population of the town as the town of measured variables of the level of Sichuan province and Zhejiang Province, using 2000-2013 data, standing on the urbanization development on the analysis of farmers’ income of different composition, effects of different income levels of farmers’ income and Sichuan and Zhejiang on the basis of the comparison, amethod using econometric analysis of Sichuan province urbanization of farmers’ income relationship. Come to the following conclusion:First of all, there is a long term equilibrium relationship between the development of Sichuan Province urbanization and farmers per capita net income and its components, but on the part of the impact of the net income of average per capita is different, every 1% increase of urbanization level, per capita net income of farmers, wage income, business income, property income and transfer income increased by about 2.5%, 2.5%, 0.59%, 12.42% and 3.79%, the influence from big to small is as follows: the property income and transfer income, wage income and transfer income. Although the development of the urbanization in the short term is very small impact on the part of the income of the farmers, but the long term effect is strengthened gradually, and tends to be stable.Secondly, the urbanization of Sichuan province is different for different influence of the income level of farmers’ income, the level of urbanization increase by 1%, high income, middle income and low income of farmers’ income can be increased by about 4.56, 8.46 and 3.40 percentage points, the impact strength from big to small is as follows: the high income, middle income and low income. The development of urbanization to the elastic coefficient of the widening income gap is 4.56, the level of urbanization shows that every 1% increase in the 4.56% expansion of income gap. With the rapid development of urbanization in Sichuan Province, Sichuan province rural income gap continues to expand. Finally, comparison of Sichuan province and Zhejiang province urbanization effects on the growth of farmers’ income, found that although the urbanization development level of two provinces on the growth of farmers’ income are the significant role both in the short term, but in the long run, the urbanization development of Zhejiang Province, the influence on the growth of farmers’ income are significant higher than that of Sichuan province. From the point of view of elasticity coefficient, Sichuan province and Zhejiang Province, the urbanization level increases 1%, the per capita net income of farmers can be increased by 2.4068% and 3.9059%, we can see that Zhejiang Province, the improvement of the level of urbanization of the farmers’ income growth effect is 1.6 times of Sichuan province; the short term on the adjustment of the per capita net income of farmers the 0.2521 and 0.8536 respectively. Based on the empirical analysis and field research, from the perspective of standing in the income structure, refines the Zhejiang province urbanization strategy the key mode of the growth of farmers’ income, the in-come of the synergistic effect. On the basis of the above study, respectively, in different perspective, the income structure of farmers with different income level perspective, put forward countermeasures and suggestions in reference to the experience of the developed coastal provinces.
