With the development of modern service industry and the advancement of new city construction policy, residents’requirements of housing have been upgraded. Under this background, property service innovation has become a key factor in improving the competitive advantage of enterprises. However, how can service innovation been carried out is always a common topic. This paper focused on property service of mobile internet. On the basis of theoretical research and by doing case study on Shenzhen Color Life Services Group Limited, this paper established the Innovation Pattern of Property Service Based on Mobile Internet The research process includes theories research, interviews and secondary data collection and puts forward a conclusion, it is correct to insist on developing property service based on mobile internet now in this society, so that we can speed up the development of modern property management service.
