An Evaluation On The Project Management Of ERP Implementation Based On Knowledge Management

Nowadays, most of the companies manage their daily business by using ERP system. The popularity of ERP shows enterprises’recognition to the advantage of ERP on reducing costs, improving efficiency and other aspects. The twenty-first century can also be called as the knowledge economy century, more and more managements pay attention to knowledge integration and sharing. With the changing of reformation to enterprise business process, the innovation of product, meanwhile, the employees in companies are more familiar with the operation of ERP. In order to improve the efficiency of operation, enterprises will upgrade the ERP system. To improve the implementation of the information system and make sure the implementation goes on as the plan. The impact on the daily business of upgrading implementation of ERP system was no less than the system first time on line.Based on the domestic and international research on knowledge management, the analysis on ERP implementation methodology, the evaluating methods of management process of ERP implementation project, this paper regarding the ERP system upgrading project as the research object, analyses the feature of the ERP system management using AHP method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method. Then this essay found a case enterprise, using analytic hierarchy process to implement the key evaluation index of project management and evaluates the ERP implementation effect, then put forward reasonable suggestions.
