With the growth of energy-intensive industries production capacityand the expansion of living demand brought about by the improvement of economic level,our country has exposed a series of problems,such as low terminal power efficiency.Compared with the international advanced level,there is a big gap in China's terminal power efficiency.Power saving potential in various fields and various industry is giant and there is a brilliant future of power demand side management.Orderly management of power demand side will not only reduce power consumption,but also bring considerable benefits of electricity saving and economic benefits.It will also effectively improve the safety and stability of power grid operation,and it will be of great significance to users,power grid enterprises and government.Therefore,it is imperative for the power industry to carry out demand side management.Taking Tangshan City as an example,this paper conducts a comprehensive evaluation study on the pilot project of DSM.First of all,through the investigation,statistics and market research,this paper analyzes the power supply structure,power load structure,power grid construction,power consumption and demand side management pilot projects in the planning period.Then this paper analyzes the implementation of the demand side management pilot project in Tangshan City,including the introduction of the project,the implementation process,the achievements and the problems existing in the implementation of the project.From the three aspects of economic evaluation,environmental impact assessment and social benefit evaluation,the comprehensive evaluation index system of power DSM project implementation effect is constructed and the analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of the project evaluation index.Secondly,according to the characteristics of the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and the characteristics of the power demand side management project,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to construct the comprehensive evaluation model of the power demand side management project implementation effect.Finally,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation of power demand side management pilot project in Tangshan City is analyzed,which shows that the pilot project of Tangshan City power demand side management has achieved good results,and it is feasible from the aspects of economy,environment and society.According to the actual situation of power demand side management,a set ofevaluation method is provided.This paper puts forward a reasonable solution to the existing problems that need to be solved in the power demand side management,which is helpful to optimize and improve the power demand side management.The research of this paper can provide the basis for the formulation of the demand side energy efficiency management goal,the implementation plan,the work plan and so on,and has the vital significance to the promotion of energy conservation and emission reduction work.
