Study On Residential Satisfaction Of Resettlement Housing

Along with the advancement of China urbanization, cities vigorously promote the construction of infrastructure. In this process, the resettlement of residents is an important and difficult work. In order to ensure the smooth progress of the urban infrastructure construction,many cities at present implement the resettlement housing construction project to safeguard the vital interests of landless farmers related.Compared to the construction of resettlement housing, the operation and management of it is more important. It is mainly composed of landless farmers and part of the shanty towns of the original residents were relocated, they are generally engaged in the work in the bottom of society. Around the country the rate of resettlement housing resident’s petition incidents is high.To make the housing construction well and provide good service for this part of the population has become an important issue facing the fast urbanization in our country.Therefore,this paper make use of the theory of engineering system and the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to evaluate the satisfaction of resettlement housing residents based on analytic hierarchy process.First of all,the paper introduced background and significance of the research;from the point of the evaluation of resettlement housing construction and residential satisfaction, this paper briefly introduces the research evaluation at home and abroad on the aspects of resettlement housing construction and the residents satisfaction evaluation; then analyzes the inadequacies of resettlement housing construction and the residents satisfaction evaluation in our country;and define the main content of this paper, establishing the framework of research.Secondly, this paper introduces the background and basis of the related research, to make basis for the subsequent establishment of evaluation index system of resettlement housing residents satisfaction evaluation from aspects of resettlement housing construction drivers, main mode of resettlement housing construction, resettlement compensation standards in our country,the status quo of resettlement;then identified the evaluation index based on extensive reading literature and interviews with experts and field visits; and selected the pre identified indicators through the analysis of membership degree, correlation, discrimination to establish the evaluation system of the resettlement housing residents satisfaction.Finally, this paper selected the six earlier typical resettlement housing area in Chongqing construction as the evaluation object, combining with the author’s practical work; and conclud ed that the evaluation of the housing construction and operation is not satisfied based on the su mmary and analysis of the evaluation results;and the paper put forward solving measures and suggestions to provide reference for the subsequent construction and operation ofresettlement housing.
