Research On Reservoir Resettlement Supervision And Evaluation Under The New Situation Of Water

The resettlement of water conservancy and hydropower project is a huge and complex social system project.In order to ensure the smooth implementation of the resettlement project,we must strengthen the supervision and management of resettlement.The "Regulations on construction land requisition compensation and resettlement for large and medium sized water conservancy and hydropower projects" provides that the state shall carry out the whole process supervision and evaluation of resettlement.The "Code for resettlement supervision and evaluation of water conservancy and hydropower project" regulates the behavior of resettlement supervision and evaluation,which is of great significance to ensure the quality of resettlement supervision and evaluation.In order to better implement the resettlement policy in the new period,make a good job on the reservoir resettlement supervision assessment under the new situation,this paper researches the reservoir resettlement supervision assessment in the new situation,on the basis of theoretical research,combined with the supervision and evaluation practice in JiaYan water conservancy project.This paper proposes the evaluation index system for the recovery of immigrant living standard,and predicts the life level of immigration,through the establishment of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,the paper makes a reasonable evaluation of the living standard of immigrants,and puts forward some new ideas for the supervision and evaluation.It is of great significance to improve the quality of supervision and evaluation,to improve the efficiency of supervision and evaluation,and to promote the smooth development of water conservancy and hydropower projects.
