Qinghai Lake Tourism Development And Participatory Development Of Surrounding Communities

In recent years,Qinghai Lake gradually become a new hot tourist destination. Complete Qinghai Lake tourism resources include not only very beautiful natural landscape of wetlands, grassland ecosystems, but also the nomadic livelihood patterns and culture,ideas of divine mountain and holy water and related mental resources.Surrounding herdsmen of Qinghai Lake themselves become an integral part of tourism resources. Participatory development pays close attention to the development of human, with particular attention to vulnerable groups.As to Tourism Development of Qinghai Lake,the participatory development should focus on the development of the surrounding herdsmen, they inevitably become the main part of development.Using methods of Participant observation and Interview about anthropology, a case study in Jiangxi Gou of Qinghai Lake Shore,in the perspective of participatory development theory, the paper pay attention to tourism development of Qinghai Lake institutional design, including the right to live and develop of communities,respect local knowledge. By investigating participation of three administrative villages in Jiangxi Gou, it analysis characteristics of participation, causes and effects,and How to fight for their own development.On the one hand,it ignore the importance of herdsman and nomadic culture as tourism resources;on the other hand institutional design of Qinghai Lake Tourism Development may not be implemented. Participating tourism development of Qinghai Lake is not the true meaning of participation on development.The process of Qinghai Lake Tourism development,it ignores the development of surrounding communities.The tourism economic development of Qinghai Lake is out of step of the developing of communities.surrounding communities of Qinghai Lake have a trend of be marginalized.
