A Study On The Land Resource Sustainable Utilization In Qinghai Lake Region

The sustainable utilization of land resource is an inevitable and rational choice under the condition that the man-land relationship becomes increasingly terrible. The land resource of Qinghai lake distribution containing exploitation, utilization, protection, development faced the huge challenge. We need to conceive of how to adjust conflict between land resource and human beings; to pretend the retrogression of land resource and increase the productivity of land resource; to supply the scientific evidence for the sustainable utilization of land resource; to enable this distribution constantly developing. This dissertation firstly analyzed the situation of sustainable utilization, the problems and the history of conversion around Qinghai Lake distribution, secondly discussed the trend of conversion of land utilization, constructs the Estimated-System of sustainable utilization about Qinghai Lake distribution with a briefly content, and thirdly offered the way of sustainable utilization of land resource. This dissertation is divided into 6 chapters. First chapter The preface. This part mainly stated the background of the dissertation, the object of research and purpose, contented the overseas and civil headway about the conceptions, principles, and Estimated-System of land resource, and discussed the ecological, social, and economic benefit of land resource around Qinghai Lake distribution. In the end, this part accounted for the ways of thinking, method, and creativity about this dissertation. Chapter two Basic situation of land resource in Qinghai Lake region. There were six parts in this chapter. The basic situation of land resource in Qinghai Lake region was analyzed from environmental condition of developing of land resource,basic condition of land resource,productivity potential of regional plow land,grass land productivity potential and the carrying capacity of land and population. In the end, this part discussed the area man-land relationship through the man-land balance principle and energy supplying-demanding balance principle, prognosticated the development trend of man-land relationship in the future。Chapter three The sustainable utilization conversion history of land resource in Qinghai Lake region. The land utilization conversion course in the human civilized history was summed up in the first part; in the second part the regional land utilization after new China was founded has been expounded. And in this part, the dynamic change course of cultivated land and meadow was analyzed in detail. And a series of questions existing in the land utilization course were found too. Chapter four The motive mechanism and trend model of land utilization in Qinghai Lake region. Based on the theory of land utilization, with the multiple statistical analysis and relevant statistics software, analyzed the drive mechanism of land utilization in Qinghai Lake area and every county, set up corresponding driving force model; on this basis get population growth model and main population increasing models further, and utilized models to predict the population of the following 30 years and main population's quantity, finally set up the trend model of the cultivated land change by humane factor coerce in Qinghai Lake district, predict the cultivated land change in the following 30 years. This chapter is a focal point of a full text; divide four parts to finish altogether. Chapter five The estimation of land sustainable utilization in Qinghai Lake region. First of all, let's explain relevant theory of land sustainable utilization (characteristic, principle, issue, etc. of); Secondly, analyzed the mode of the estimation of land sustainable utilization briefly; Third, described the content, method and principle confirmed of index system of estimation of land sustainable utilization, and set up the index system of the estimation of land sustainable utilization in the area of Qinghai Lake; Fourth, evaluated the land sustainable utilization in area of Qinghai Lake; Finally, explained the basin meadow ecological value change of Qinghai Lake. This chapter was divided into five parts. Chapter six Land resource sustainable utilization strategies in Qinghai Lake region. First, the main problems of land resource sustainable utilization around Qinghai Lake distribution had brought forward from different aspects;Then, on the basis of analyzing the principle and countermeasure of sustainable utilization strategy implementation of land resource, the strategic measure of the land resource sustainable utilization in Qinghai Lake rigion was proposed from seven angles. They were the policies and regulations, strategy of implement grain for green unshakably, rotation grazing, adjusting and controlling the domestic animal amount in year of meadow, implements the water and soil conservation project., preventing and curing desertification and carrying on land ecological economic zoning.
