The problem of ecological environment deterioration has become the focus of global attention. The main reason is that climate change leads to the deterioration of the ecological environment. As one of three major industries, the development of low-carbon agriculture is a great choice to deal with climate change. As the main body and the behavior of the development of low-carbon agriculture receptor of low carbon technology, Farmer’s production behavior of carbon effect is related directly to the development of low carbon agriculture. After sloping land conversion program was put into force in the loess plateau, ecological environment and landscape were largely improved. It concludes that the loess plateau has a good mode of operation. However, most of study,which is about the household production model of farmland of the loess plateau area In academia, is based on a macro level. Therefore,, the Loess Plateau area farmer farmland production patterns are summarized and analyzed from the perspective of farmer’s producting behavior, which is a good selection of low-carbon to guide and standardize the Loess Plateau Abandoned area farmers.Besides,it can also follow the policy develop and provide innovative reference for farmer’s low-carbon production.This thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter is introduction, which introduces the research background, research purpose of this research, the research significance, the research theory, research ideas and methods, etc., showing an overview of this research. The second chapter is a brief introduction of the first and results of returning farmland to forest project, and then returning farmland in northern shaanxi loess plateau area, the objectives and county south ditch valley such a combined way of plane, line and point to analyze the regional land use/cover changes before and after returning farmland, farmers production and business operation project of change and the change of production technology selection. Thirdly, with relevant indicators and research and construction of the loess plateau farmland area farmers production and business operation project carbon effect analysis framework and measurement method, and the typical case analysis prove that farmers design of peasant household carbon effect analysis framework and measurement method is feasible, lay the foundation for follow-up study. The fourth chapter using descriptive statistical analysis method, sums up the farmland on the loess plateau area farmers real production behavior model, and then to farmers tilling behavior, for example, using multivariate regression model analysis of the factors affecting the will of farmers tilling characteristics, to provide support for the establishment of related policy after. Fifth chapter constructs the loess farmland area farmers low carbon production behavior model, combined with the existing farmers carbon reduction policy achievements and existing problems, from the perspective of farmers rational economic man, the market mechanism into the farmers low-carbon follow-up policy, on the basis of the increase of farmers’ low carbon build market conditions. The sixth chapter is summary and discussion, the conclusion of this research, to generalize and discuss the deficiency of this study.This article mainly comes into the following conclusion:(1) Based on carbon production project effect of peasant household,this paper constructed level analysis framework and measurement method. In this paper, two typical farmers trial test, show that proposed carbon effect on peasant household level accounting framework and measurement method is feasible.(2)The two typical cases of carbon effect measure analysis shows that farmers households production project carbon emissions and carbon sequestration effect and clear difference with different project, the process of total carbon effect performance for carbon emissions. Farmers unreasonable behavior(such as straw burning, plastic mulching films use) can greatly improve the carbon emissions, affect the level of peasant household production of low carbon.(3) Farmer’s high carbon production behavior patterns mainly as excessive agricultural materials input mode, improper waste management mode, the primary model using water and carbon land cultivation mode. Farmers into fertilizer, straw burning in ploughing, excessive processing, agricultural and chemical pesticide overuse are characterized by the process of carbon emissions; Farmers take irrigation behavior for the process of carbon sequestration.(4) The characteristics of the farmers, operating characteristics and characteristics of land for the production behavior of peasant household can have an influence carbon effect. Ploughing intend to, for example, farmers, agricultural management scale, proportion of agricultural labor mechanization level and the number of crops commercialization rate of ploughing has positive influence; Number of fixed number of year of the farmers education for ploughing a negative impact.(5) To build a low carbon peasant household production behavior patterns. The model optimization direction of low carbon, including conservation tillage, organic fertilizer and chemical fertilizer with application and straw mulching, straw returned, biological mulching films, biological pesticide instead of chemical pesticides, and other low carbon production.
