The further-deepening of the market economy, China’s financial leasing market is international, diversified development trend, foreign large-scale entry into the Chinese financial leasing companies, private capital finance leasing companies founded stationed rapidly, while state-owned banks and well-known companies are unwilling to behind their leasing subsidiaries have been established, leasing business involves aircraft, ships, electrical, mechanical, medical, printing and many other formats fields, finance leases become China’s financial markets and a new force. The rapid development of financial leasing industry intensified competition in the market, because foreign investment and private capital finance leasing companies birth control restrictions by the funds, finance lease term competition among enterprises is still state-owned financial leasing competition between enterprises, between enterprises finance leases competition forms from product competition to market competition, private enterprise financial leasing companies compete increasingly focused on the substance of the competitive human resources, and optimal allocation of human resources is gain a competitive advantage of important factors. ZiYuan financial leasing company is a joint venture financial leasing company which had been established with the first-mover advantage of Shenzhen Qianhai policy,the company is family-run oriented,focusing on finance and industries combined, taking complex, specialization, characteristics of the development model. Currently, ZiYuan financial leasing company main problem facing the company is the company’s strategy and development model and the total personnel, personnel structure, personnel quality and personnel efficiency asymmetry problem. Along with bank -affiliated leasing companies have sprung up everywhere, ZiYuan financial leasing company want to gain an advantage in the competitive market position, must be scientific and reasonable optimal allocation of human resources. In this paper, for example, the ZiYuan financial leasing company’s strategy and development model, and the total amount of human resources, structure, quality and efficiency of other aspects of the quantitative and comparative analysis, and targeted for a business interview, the ZiYuan financial leasing company existing human resources to conduct a diagnosis, analysis of the main problems and causes, and a combination of problems and causes of raised ZiYuan financial leasing company’s human resource optimization measures.This paper first introduces the topics of the background and significance, as well as human resources related theoretical studies; then introduced the financial leasing industry characteristics and configuration requirements of human resources, and then from the total staff, structure, quality and efficiency of its describes the current situation of human resource allocation through the comparison and analysis to identify ZiYuan financial leasing company’s human resources existing in the core of the problem, and for the cause of the problem has been analyzed; finally puts forward the optimal allocation of human resources of ZiYuan financial leasing company countermeasures from the establishment of the strategic positioning of human resources management, optimize the organizational structure and management, establish and improve the human resource allocation system, improve human resource management mechanism to solve ZiYuan financial leasing company four aspects of human resources allocation advice to help company achieve strategic development model to establish competitive advantage.
