In recent years, farmers’cooperative organizations rapid development of China’s international and domestic experience in the relevant literature shows that agricultural social service delivery, the cooperative dynamic. Field research found that agricultural cooperatives force farmers to buy from lack of social services, sample regional agricultural cooperatives of farmers’willingness to pay for social services at the same low level. Cooperatives agricultural social services failed to give full play, cohesion, service capabilities and extent of regulation needs to be further improved. Meanwhile, demand for the main current agricultural social services, the current types of agricultural social service still can not fully meet their needs, lack of public service capacity and agricultural public service capacity, agricultural cooperatives as a theoretical socialization effective way of supplying the service, but the service process for the farmers have a lower willingness to buy. Thus, this paper discusses the factors affecting farmers to buy agricultural social service wishes from cooperatives, there are some theoretical and practical needs.Based on the research literature on finishing by farmers theoretical perspective induced institutional change theory, transaction cost theory, analyze the behavior of farmers in China’s 15 provinces and 37 districts of 83 towns and villages 396 basic parts of the field research data collation on, first, the status quo of supply and demand of agricultural social service descriptions, and detailed analysis of the cooperative agricultural social service function of, then from the farmer characteristics, family-run feature, cooperative service status, geographic location and other angles use probit model for farmers to buy cooperative social service factors empirical analysis, the following conclusions:First, the agricultural social service structural imbalances between supply and demand. Current agricultural social service system of supply and demand still exists for non-docking ask, demand and other issues, leading to low supply efficiency. Agricultural social service supply and demand imbalance in supply and demand structure of the problem of irrational reflect deficiencies in the current agricultural social service supply efficiency; second, the cooperative agricultural social service effect is remarkable. Farmer cooperatives have strong homogeneity, achieve economies of scale, non-profit, farmers demand expression vectors and other advantages, thereby increasing the effectiveness of the promotion of agricultural technology and services, largely to meet the farmers’agricultural social service demand, and the leading role of non-cooperative members; and thirdly, the level of service provision cooperatives buy their services a significant impact on the farmers. Agricultural cooperatives provide social service personnel quality, service satisfaction level of service effectiveness, have an important impact on farmers choose to buy from their rural service cooperatives; fourth home run feature a greater impact on farmers’ purchasing decisions. Economic conditions, the degree of specialization of production, business scale, management specialization farmers cooperatives to purchase agricultural social services has a more direct impact on decision-making; fifth, a number of other factors also affect household purchasing decisions. Farmer participation in agricultural cooperatives are more willing to accept the social service agricultural cooperatives, farmer participation in agricultural technology training are more willing to buy the service cooperatives, farmers in the central region of agricultural production services require more intense, the western region is insufficient to meet the farmers due to agricultural services Agriculture production of social service needs, is relatively more willing to buy agricultural social service cooperatives.Based on the conclusion, I believe that to optimize the structure of supply and demand of agricultural social service convergence, we must continue to improve the supply of agricultural social service, give full play to the vitality of the agricultural service cooperatives, agricultural cooperatives to improve the quality of service socialization. Improve governance mechanisms farmer cooperatives, increase support for agricultural development in the Midwest.
