Currently, the creation of the Improvement of the agricultural social service system is to improve rural productivity, perform the important task of rural reform, development of the system to increase farmers' income, social development and modernization of agriculture in rural areas of great significance. Farmer cooperatives as an important service body, its capabilities and the level of service has been greatly affect farmers' production and living. With constantly changing rural production methods, how to expand on the existing strength of its cooperative service functions, enhance service capabilities,to promote its services supplied to meet the diverse needs of farmers, provide efficient agricultural production, excellent quality, low cost agricultural social service, is more concerned about the present stage of cooperatives things.This article focuses on the provision of agricultural cooperatives through social service case studies to discover the typical characteristics of different cooperatives,obtained valuable experience from their mode of operation, by comparing the cases summarized as the provision of agricultural cooperatives social services are the main body of farmers the benefits of life, agricultural production, rural development, but also learn from the experience of Taiwan, the Japanese Agricultural Association to better promote cooperative development and improvement. Firstly, through a literature review to make cooperatives as the main supply of agricultural social service idea, and then elaborate feasibility and SWOT analysis to confirm the theoretical point of view, and then to do the guide for the development of cooperatives in the country by analyzing the experience of Taiwan, the Japanese Agricultural Association policy by analyzing and comparing the last case for concise view, the provision of agricultural cooperatives obtain social service recommendations.
