Study On Agricultural Socialization Service Of Farmer Specialized Cooperatives In Fuzhou

Agricultural social service is not only beneficial to improve production efficiency in all aspects of agricultural production,but also can extend the chain of agricultural industry through social division of labor,and speed up the transformation of agricultural development mode.Now in the new pattern of agricultural development,agricultural transformation and upgrading of the realistic demand,is also facing the upgrading of agricultural service system.In view of this,in order to better promote the Fuzhou city farmers' professional cooperatives Service of modern agricultural development,through literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interviews with key persons,of Fuzhou farmer cooperatives of agricultural social service were studied.The results show that by the end of 2016,the city by the business sector registered cooperatives there are 851.Of them,341 were engaged in planting,accounting for 40.1%;101 of forestry accounted for 11.9%;308 of the livestock industry accounted for 36.2%;34 of the fisheries accounted for 0.4%;the other 37,accounting for 4.3%.The city farmer cooperatives total assets reached 474 million yuan,into 64 thousand households,88 thousand households,in 2017 the city's farmers' cooperatives Sales of agricultural products worth 530 million yuan,achieved operating income of 630 million yuan,to achieve a surplus of 110 million yuan,2 million 370 thousand yuan of taxes paid.Agricultural social service cooperativesin Fuzhou city to provide mainly technology promotion and training,purchase of production,sales of agricultural products and provide financial services,but facing cooperatives technology services team,the weak line of agricultural science and technology service,lack of government purchase of social service cooperatives cooperatives,lack of credit guarantee limited function,causes the main problem is difficult,the introduction of cooperative talents cooperatives information construction lag,lack of enough attention from the government,the farmers'professional cooperatives of agricultural social service cooperatives financing capacity is weak,the urgent problems to be solved.According to the research results,this study suggests that,in order to improve the Fuzhou city farmers' professional cooperatives of agricultural social service level,proposed to strengthen the cooperative service of agricultural science and technology team,improve the level of information,improve the government's purchase of cooperatives of agricultural social service system,innovation of farmer cooperatives loan guarantee mechanism.
