At present,more and more engineering consulting enterprises in China have started knowledge management and established corresponding systems and processes.However,due to the complexity of knowledge management itself or the limited management level of enterprises themselves,there are common problems in knowledge management,such as process defects and bottlenecks at the execution level,which lead to the decrease of project operation efficiency.Restrict the creation of enterprise value.Therefore,for domestic engineering consulting enterprises that have implemented knowledge management,it is urgent to optimize their knowledge management process.The development orientation of H Engineering Consulting Company is to provide engineering consulting business for customers.By using knowledge and experience of many disciplines,H Engineering Consulting Company provides modern scientific management methods for customers and provides advisory services for their investment and decision-making of Engineering projects,thus ensuring the scientificity of engineering investment projects.From the current market competition situation,H engineering consulting company is facing increasing competition pressure.With the emergence of Internet think tanks,the competition pressure of engineering consulting company is increasing.The defects and bottlenecks of knowledge management process are also restricting the development of H engineering consulting company,resulting in the decline of its consulting project operation efficiency.The creativity of knowledge value is insufficient.Therefore,it is necessary to optimize the knowledge management process of H Engineering Consulting Company so as to improve its knowledge management efficiency.This paper takes H Engineering Consulting Company,a domestic engineering consulting enterprise,as the research object.On the basis of the basic connotation,tools and technology of wheel knowledge management,it combs the relevant research literature of domestic and foreign scholars on knowledge management,introduces the power of knowledge management and the process of management.Based on the analysis,this paper summarizes the current situation,problems and reasons of knowledge management in H Engineering Consulting Company.Finally,based on the knowledge chain theory,using the new "PSCA"(also known as "K10")model as a tool,using the methods of literature research,interviews,causal analysis and field research,this paper puts forward the public.The company's knowledge management process optimizationprogram,and its implementation effect was evaluated,and continuous improvement measures were put forward.
