Taking the factors of affecting coordination of supply chain for agri-products as the breakthrough point, concludes that the causes of unfairness among agri-product supply chain are mainly information asymmetry and the weakly bargaining power position of farmers. Meanwhile, analyst from the angle of the balancing of efficiency and fairness, elaborate the fairness theory and the corresponding mathematical model. When put fairness in the real "agriculture-supermarket" environment, the main subject of fairness concern could achieve fairness adjustment under wholesale price agreement. Compromise the influence of different in the fairness reference point correspond to supply chain price making stratagem and gets two conclusions:the supermarket has completely inequity averse, farmer cooperatives can through a constant purchasing price to achieve fair coordination of agricultural products supply chain channels, making the channel profit and channel efficiency maximum at the same time. In particular, chasing a higher share in the profits of supermarkets, the supermarket completely inequity aversion will low down produce the willing to buy price, but will not change the fair coordination of channel state; If farmers cooperatives also have fairness concerns, as long as the farmer cooperatives in the harsh channels do not averse disadvantage unfair or in a harmonious supply chain is not completely averse unfair advantage, so the purchase price is also effective. But this time the farmer cooperatives in pursuit of justice that would rather give up part of their own welfare, reducing the overall profits of the supply chain of agri-products to a certain level.
