Research On Structure Design And Profit Distribution Of Agri-production Supply Chain Based On Increasing Farmers' Income

The No.1 Document of the Central Committee in 2017 pointed out that the main objective of the structural reform of the agricultural supply side is to increase farmers' income and ensure stable and effective supply of agri-production.The contradiction between small production and big market is the main reason for the slow growth of farmers' income,and it is one of the contradictions to be solved urgently in the structural reform of agricultural supply side.The agri-production supply chain can effectively connect large markets with small farmers,empower small farmers,and enable small farmers to integrate into the supply chain,increase the market participation of small farmers,and increase the income of small farmers.Poverty alleviation through agri-production supply chain is an effective way for poor farmers to reduce poverty and increase income,and is an important means of accurate poverty alleviation.Now,the main agricultural industrialization modes that drive small farmers into large markets in China are “company + farmer” and “company + cooperative + farmer”.In these two supply chain business models,the companies are the leader and obtain a larger proportion of the overall profit of the supply chain,while the farmers are in a weak position and have lower profit.Therefore,in order to improve the income of farmers and maintain the stability of supply chain,this paper establishes the agri-production supply chain which is most beneficial to farmers,and at the same time constructs a fair and reasonable supply chain profit distribution model,which can improve farmers' poverty alleviation and maintain supply chain stability.1.With the goal of increasing farmers' income,establish an agri-production supply chain that is most beneficial to farmers.Using the game theory method,establish a three-level agri-production supply chain composed of farmers,cooperatives,and companies,analyze the profit return characteristics of cooperatives,and the impact of horizontal competition at the cooperative level and the company level on the supply chain.On this basis,the impact of farmers' supply methods on the supply chain is studied.Finally,design the agri-production supply chain that is most beneficial to farmers.The research shows that:(1)Cooperative profit return strategy can not increase farmers' income;(2)horizontal competition at the cooperative level and company level will affect the optimal decision-making of all levels of members,and increase the total output and total profit of farmers;(3)Compared with the sharing of supply by farmers,the only supply of farmers will inhibit horizontal competition between cooperatives and disadvantage to farmers;(4)the most favorable supply chain structure for farmers is – farmers of appropriate scale,multiple cooperatives and multiple companies,farmers share the supply.2.Based on the basic Nash negotiation distribution model,study the influence of negotiation power and fairness concern on the overall profit distribution of the supply chain,and establish a supply chain profit distribution mechanism accepted by all.Studies have shown that the profits of members of the various levels of the supply chain are positively related to the level of negotiating power and fairness concern of the members at that hierarchy.
