According to the universality of group decision-making in conflict analysis, fuzziness and non-transitivity of the preference, exclusiveness and incommensurability of the objective, this paper proposed a method called multi-preference group decision making under fuzzy situations of conflict analysis. Firstly, this method characterized two conflict situations under fuzzy and non-fuzzy, single and group decision-making preference, which also defined fuzzy numbers of decision-makers preference evaluation, credibility and objective weight, and build a multi-objective group decision-making fuzzy preference matrix of different conflicting parties. Secondly, the definition of the relationship between lattice elements in fuzzy environment was given, and the algorithm of fuzzy multi-objective lattice order preference group decision-making was proposed. On the basis, graph model was introduced to make a further dynamic conflict analysis under lattice ordered group decision-making. Taking D company’s operation conflict as an example, this paper established three parties conflict preference decision-making model and depicts the state transfer process and decision-making evolution path by calculating the global state transition matrix and describing the trace of state transition. Moreover, the research gets equilibrium of conflict situations by means of stability analysis, as well as clearing feasible evolutionary paths of each party and conflict trends by decision evolution path, providing proactive strategies for players. Finally, Combined with the actual situation of D company, feasible and applicable recommendations were provided, and a comparison of the traditional and lattice-ordered preference ranking was made. The result shows that the self-defect of traditional preference ranking may lead to decision-making misplay and irrationality. That is to say, the above result may be unsatisfied for all the players. In contrast, preference ranking obtained by lattice order method seems better, which is easier for players to reach an ideal state.
