With the improvement of the market economy and the advent of the era of knowledge economy, high-tech enterprises in the national economy has gradually become more important, and the competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce.Knowledge and product innovation is the driving force of development of high-tech enterprises to obtain the competitive advantage and core competencies, as an innovative R & D personnel carrier has become a high-tech enterprise development must be a scarce resource, can give full play to the enthusiasm and creativity of R&D personnel directly related to the effectiveness of enterprise technology innovation, thereby affecting the core competitiveness of enterprises.Compensation system design is the basis of salary management, companies hope to establish a scientific and rational system of R&D staff salaries to attract, retain and motivate researchers to make R&D personnel in understanding post-pay enough enthusiasm to work and inspire their work enthusiasm in the job to play the greatest effectiveness, and ultimately business objectives.Based on RD company as a case, analyzes R&D personnel salary incentive particularity, combined with compensation design theory proposed salary from external and internal pay two aspects to the design of R & D personnel remuneration system and R & D personnel in accordance with RD Situation pay system, issuing salary satisfaction survey, the use of factor analysis of the data was analyzed, summed up the company’s R & D personnel problems in the compensation system, and development R&D personnel to pay system design, and using the broadband compensation and comprehensive compensation combination design method, design more incentive pay system.
