The Research On Influential Factors Of Project Management Performance For Online Games Company

The online gaming industry is a new sunrise industry, experienced the formative stage of the early 20th century, and in recent years, the rapid development of China’s online game industry is in the growth stage and fast toward the mature stage. From the scratch in the process of economic development of the entire network in China, the development has become an important part of China’s Internet economy. The reason why the online gaming industry breaks the original balance in the entire network economy, it is mainly due to the bursting of the dotcom bubble in the late 20th century, which the entire network economy was experiencing the hard hit, however, the online game was a meteoric rise to become a leader in the economic development of the entire network and get rapid development.In this context, the project management of the online games industry in marketing operation is particularly important for corporate profit growth, and maintenance of enterprise efficiency. Currently, the online games industry project management is in the emerging development, there are still many problems in project management of marketing operation.This article is based on a number of project management surveys from many online game companies to research the influential factors on project management performance to explore and establish the suitable optimization measures for the current project management of the online games marketing operation.This paper demonstrates with five parts. The first part is an introduction on the background and significance of this study, a brief overview of the studying methods and technology roadmap, and innovation. In the second part, it introduces the basic theoretical research on the influential factors for the project management performance in the online games industry. The third section describes the key factors which are affecting on project management of marketing operation, and bring forward the research methods about key influencing factors of project performance in project management of marketing operation on the basis of the DEMATEL method. The fourth part is the empirical research based on the Net Dragon Overseas Division, analyze and research the project management performance and performance factors, then give the optimization solution of promoting project management performance. Part five of this paper gives the summarization of the main content, give the conclusions, and look forward research directions in the future.
