Research On The Impact Of Fujian Enterprise Technology Innovation Alliance Capability To Innovation Performance

The rapid development of science and technology and economic globalization,making contemporary entrepreneurs urgently realized that, knowledge innovation and technical superiority is the most important issue for them to survival and develop in the increasingly intense competitive environment. In such a realistic background,technology innovation alliance became the most rapid and economical form for enterprises to achieve strategic objectives and create sustainable competitive advantage. Scholars generally believed that, heterogeneous alliance, capability will help enterprises to benefit from the alliance and get higher alliance portfolio performance. Capability for enterprise to management technology innovation alliance has been regarded as one of the important source for companies to gain a competitive advantage. Members of the strategic alliance are enterprises that distributed in different node of the industrial chain, the essence of the alliance acts is a way to achieve the integration of industrial chain. Through technology and knowledge sharing and integration,alliance enterprises enhance the technical strength of their own and even the whole industry chain.Based on the Alliance capability theory, drawing on existing research of alliance capability, this paper divided enterprise technology innovation alliance capability into operation capability、learning capability and relation capability. And proceed from the perspective of industry chain integration, selected industry chain’s knowledge integration, built theoretical model of enterprise technical innovation alliance capability、industry chain’s knowledge integration and innovation performance. Subsequently, based on 171 survey data from Fujian enterprises, using statistics software SPSS 19.0 and LISREL8.70 to make empirical analysis for the theoretical model. Verified the positive impact of the enterprise technology innovation alliance capability to innovation performance. As well as the mediating effect of industry chain’s knowledge integration between enterprise technology innovation alliance capability and innovation performance. Finally, based on the results of this research, combined with the management practices of enterprise and union. This paper put forward suggestions to promote the development of Fujian’s enterprise Technology Innovation Alliance.
