Research On The Relationship Between Knowledge Integration Capability And Technological Innovation Performance Of High - Tech Enterprises

With the development of science and technology, the market environment is changing rapidly. The product replacement rate is accelerating. At the same time, innovation is the key to keep the competitive advantage of the enterprise. It is very important for high-tech enterprises to pay close attention to the technological innovation performance. At the same time, the significance of knowledge integration has become the focus of academic and business circles. This paper studies the relationship between knowledge integration capability and technological innovation performance of high-tech enterprises from the point of view of knowledge integration. At the same time, this paper studies the effect of environmental uncertainty on the relationship between knowledge integration capability and technological innovation performance. This paper summarizes the theoretical research on knowledge integration capability, technological innovation performance, environmental uncertainty and the relationship between knowledge integration capability and technological innovation performance, which lays a theoretical foundation for the variable dimension and the theoretical relationship. On the basis of analyzing the relationship between knowledge integration capability and technological innovation performance, we put forward the relevant hypothesis. Since environmental uncertainty affects the results of knowledge integration, this paper analyzes the effect of environmental uncertainty on the relationship between knowledge integration capability and technological innovation performance. The research results show that the knowledge integration capability has a positive effect on technology innovation performance of high-tech enterprises. Knowledge integration capability has adifferent influence on different dimensions of the technological innovation performance seen from the statistical analysis. Environmental uncertainty has up-regulated effect to the relationship between social capacity and all dimensions of technological innovation performance. It has up-regulated effect to the relationship between collaborative capacity and knowledge innovation performance, product innovation performance, process innovation performance. Some suggestions are put forward for improving the technological innovation performance of high-tech enterprises.
