In recent years, the network retail industry was growing fast, gave birth to the express package delivery demand billions of pieces, which led to the rapid development of express industry. The rapid rise of the retail network to provide vast space for the development of express industry, the express industry development and timely follow-up and support and promote the retail network, closely interdependent, mutually support each other, complementary exists between the two, their collaborative development is the necessary trend. However, collaborative development has not yet formed a unified network of retail industry and express industry practitioners to the two industries and clear understanding of the mechanism of collaborative development of the two industries, has not yet formed, which seriously restricts the collaborative development of the two industries.In order to eliminate the network retail industry and express industry collaborative development bottleneck, promote the collaborative development of the two industry, based on the related literature at home and abroad, first of all, the collaborative development status and existing problems of the qualitative analysis of the retail network and express industry, from the synergetic theory to construct the corresponding index system to verify quantitatively; secondly, using the supply chain coordination theory, dynamic mechanism, respectively, to construct the network retail industry and express industry coordination development mechanism and the income distribution mechanism in order to solve the problem, two industry collaborative development process, and points out the collaborative development path; finally, from the Perspective of government, puts forward some measures to ensure the collaborative development of a series of policies aimed at the bottleneck process, healthy development collaborative development to solve the network retail industry and express industry in the two industry and guided and collaborative development.The results of this study indicate that the composite system, online retail industry and express industry coordination development degree is low, the collaborative development of the two industry faces many problems. And the construction of mechanism of collaborative development of network retail enterprises and enterprises is the key to solve these problems, measures to. guarantee the collaborative development of two industries is an important auxiliary to solve these problems.
