E-business is a combination of network information technology and traditional business model, merge the integration of information flow, business flow, capital flow and logistics, the logistics is the basic guarantee for the final realization of and physical goods to part of the logistics transportation, storage,loading and unloading, storage, distribution, etc. and finally delivered to the hands of consumers, therefore,the development of electronic commerce need logistics synergy. As one of the logistics forms, express plays a key role in the explosive growth of E- business.Driven by a rising volume of online shopping in the rapid development of E- business, online shopping and distribution is courier new growth point, and many requirements are put forward for express delivery service, the coordinated development of the express industry is prerequisite to guarantee the electronic commerce network shopping market balanced and steady growth. In this context, with the continuous development and changes of the market economy environment in Xianyang, the express industry is faced with the development of opportunities and challenges. The existing courier companies in Xianyang include foreign-funded enterprises, state-owned enterprises and private enterprises.. According to the Xianyang Post Office statistics show: Xianyang area is currently a courier brand 21, courier business outlets 271, a total of 17 courier companies; courier business premises 277. Overall, Xianyang area express the level of Enterprise Management Co., the majority of small and medium private express enterprises,vicious competition, the crisis in Xianyang area, express delivery companies, under the background of electronic commerce how sustainable development is now Xianyang express enterprise common aspirations.This paper is based on the background of electronic commerce, discuss according to the status quo at home and abroad, the development trend of the electricity supplier delivery, starting from the two industry coordination and integration, support from developed countries and regions, efforts to encourage and guide the express industry; secondly, through the investigation and analysis of listed electricity supplier courier industry environment in Xianyang area under the predicament, expansion a comprehensive analysis of the consumer, the express company, and find out the factors influencing the express industry, SWOT analysis of the current situation facing Xianyang express industry under the e-commerce environment; finally,analysis of Xianyang express industry status quo, combined with foreign similar solutions, explore the strategy method in Xianyang area to try, for the E- business, express to achieve coordinated development to find countermeasures, so as to further standardize the local express market, and provide a theoretical proof for the development of local courier industry, to provide reference for policy guidance.
