Study On The Relationship Between The Stability Of Virtual Enterprise And Virtual Enterprise Performance

Nowadays, development of information technology becomes faster and faster. With the arrival of the era of Big Data, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. The traditional business model has been unable to fully meet the daily needs of enterprises. So, the virtual enterprise appears in the world. And the virtual enterprise becomes an important operation and management model. Stability is the foundation of enterprise operation. It has a stronger time sense to guarantee the stability of the member enterprise cooperation relationship. And it palys an important role to improve enterprise performance in a stable collaborative environment for cooperative enterprises. In order to make the virtual enterprises to play their proper roles, it becomes a critical factor to guarantee the stability of the virtual enterprise. Thus, the research of the relationship between the stability of virtual enterprise and virtual enterprise performance has a strong theoretical and practical significance.This article studies the characteristics of the stability of virtual enterprise through the method of literature survey, theoretical research, and data analysis. Moreover, this article defines the term of virtual enterprise stability and analysis the elements of the virtual enterprise. In addition, this paper constructs a corresponding virtual enterprise performance measurement system on the basis of the balanced scorecard by studying the writings of experts. Finally, this author uses the questionnaire of the stability of virtual enterprise to survey the interviewees, and to study the relationship between the stability of virtual enterprise and virtual enterprise performance by analyzing the data.Through the survey, we can find that the stability of virtual enterprise has a positive influence on virtual enterprise performance. And it is reflected in the following areas. (1) The communication between enterprises has a positive influence on the financial performance, client performance, internal process performance, and learning and innovation performance of the virtual enterprise performance. (2) The trust between enterprises has a positive influence on the financial performance, client performance, internal process performance, and learning and innovation performance of the virtual enterprise performance. In the end, this article puts forward the correlative suggestions about improving the stability of virtual enterprise.The innovation of this paper is mainly manifested in the following areas. (1) Define the term of virtual enterprise stability and construct the theoretical model of virtual enterprise stability. (2) Build a virtual enterprise stability measurement scale. (3) Analysis the effects of the stability of the virtual enterprise on the virtual enterprise performance. With the widely application of virtual enterprise model, this article enriches the research of virtual enterprise in the domestic academic.
