Study On Virtual Logistics Alliance Stability And Upgrading Stategy

With the development of the practice of logistics, its notable features is the logistics services develop from the individual stages to the stage of the logistics cooperation. In the current market environment of our country, logistics enterprises have uneven level of development, each with its own advantages and disadvantages, the overall level is not high. In order to obtain more competitive advantage, logistics enterprises are usually using modern information technology to form virtual logistics Alliance in a certain period of time,this kind of logistics Alliance can share logistics resources on a greater extent, and will obtain better results than to operate logistics activities in the separate manner.Virtual Logistics Alliance itself facing high failure rate and poor stability characteristics, but we can achieve successful logistics Alliance through control the Alliance's stability by analying the factors which affect the stability of the logistics Alliance in practice. In this paper, we study on the virtual logistics Alliance Stability and upgrading strategy related issues, with a view to provide theoretical guidance to the practice of the Virtual Logistics Alliance of our country.The paper is divided into three major elements:The first part is the theoretical analysis of the virtual logistics Alliance stability;second part is an Empirical Analysis of effecting factors of virtual logistics Alliance Stability;the third part is a strategic study on enhancing the stability of the virtual logistics virtual logistics.First, the paper starts from the competitive environment of the logistics industry, a detailed analysis of the logistics industry is given. Then use the theory as a support, in introducing the concept of virtual logistics related Alliance on the basis of a virtual logistics Alliance's internal and external causes, qualitative analysis four elements which impact the stability of the virtual logistics,namely,resource-dependent,members relationships,information technical and sustained commitment to the stability of the Alliance. Secondly, the paper based on the interrelationship between the four elements which effect the stability of the virtual logistics,building up a virtual logistics Alliance conceptual model, in accordance with proposed seven assumptions, the empirical part of the questionnaire design, data acquisition and field research in strict accordance with the hypothetical, select the PLS structural equation modeling methods to analying and processing data, empirical results support the hypothesis mentioned in this article.Finally, a reasonable improvement and enhancement of the stability of the virtual logistics Alliance based on the results of the empirical analysis of the four effecting elements is given, and measures to effectively guarantee the stability of the virtual logistics alliance.
