Research On The Mode Of Remote Urbanization And In Situ Urbanization

Regional social and economic development is not balanced due to the differences among geographical location,resources,policy conditions, etc.And,the difference of types,distribution,quantity,economic income of jobs,etc.Those makes people flow from economically backward regions to developed regions and from rural to urban areas.Therefore,there is the phenomenon of population migration in each stage of social and economic development. Steady phase of economic development,regional difference is small and economy heat is low,and the number of floating population is less,which belongs to the "temperature type flow".Rapid phase of economic development,regional difference is large and economy heat is high,and the number and speed of floating population is fast,which belongs to the "hot-type flow".Population migrate from rural areas to urban areas to work and live,become the resident population of city areas.According to the migration distance,population migration can be divided into on the spot or nearby migration and remote migration,and promote in situ urbanization and remote urbanization respectively.Migration like a "two-way double-edged sword",brings positive and negative effects in two aspects to population immigration area.Population flow into citys,increaseing the labor force,promoting social and economic development,changing the urban landscape,and also increasing the pressure of urban transport,housing, environment,employment and other aspects.To the hometown of migration,they may send home the income earning in the city and improve family economic status,inject into the advanced ideas and avant-garde trends for rural areas.However,the elderly and children left behind in rural,hollow village,the waste and deterioration of land resources,and other social phenomenon gradually increased.This paper follows the"concept definition and theoretical reference-model construction-empirical cases"research ideas,and is divided into 5 chapters.Firstly,the study defines the relevant concepts,describes the basis of relevant theories.
