At the21st century, many policies about the urbanization were put forward, the attentionto urbanization was growing from central to local government, it can be said that urbanizationis an important point for future development of China. Urbanization is a necessary stage in thedevelopment of each country, our country has entered a critical stage now, but it is difficult forus to make the urbanization progress more scientific and rational. This paper combined dataanalysis with field research, use statistical software sort data, relevant results obtained bycalculation, and compare the analysis results with field research to get our conclusions.This paper discusses from five chapters, the first part is the introduction, it mainlyintroduces the paper’s research background, domestic and foreign dynamic, research purpose,research ideas and methods; The second part introduces the related concepts and theories,expounds the migration of farmers and the theory of urbanization; The third part analyzes thestatus of xianyangs’ urbanization and migration of farmers, investigates the correlationbetween migration of farmers, GDP, residents’ income,secondary and tertiary industries; Thefourth part is analysis farmers’ willingness in urbanization, we obtain relevant research datamainly through the questionnaire survey,and use SPSS binary logistic model for acomprehensive analysis of the data; The fifth part is the conclusions and recommendations,we get relevant conclusions based on the previous article, and make targetedrecommendations. The main results of this paper: Farmers migrate to cities’ willing is notstrong, compared with the previous research, highly educated youth don’t intend to enter thetown. We mainly analyzed the gender, age, level of education, family income, family category,type of work to influence the willing of the farmers. From comprehensive analysis of datawith spas software, we got the main factors influencing the migration of farmers is gender,work experience, family type, family housing situation, per capita arable land. We also foundthat farmers want not to migrate because they afraid of loss land security, so that they can’thave a minimum guarantee; They willing to enter the city is that the urban educationconditions is better. In addition, we also investigated whether the farmers understand theurbanization policy and found that the vast majority of farmers not know it.
