Under the circumstances of China’s rapid economic development and into the comprehensive transformation, Chinese enterprises face more influences from the economic globalization and market internationalization; also face more challenges from the inside development requirements and outside competition. Because of these reasons, Chinese enterprises are more probably and frequently experiencing organizational transformations. On the one hand, the enterprises need more and diversity modes of organizational transformations to meet the serious marketing competitions and being the leader of the mark. On the other hand, in order to avoid the uncertain information and preserve the vested interest, the staff will produce the resistance for the organizational transformations. How to coordinate the relationship between the organization and individual is the crucial issue Chinese enterprises encounter now.The paper is divided by the organization communication strategy, broken through the competitive and cooperative communications, and by the questionnaire to be the method of statistics collection, through empirical analysis, with SPSS to establish the regression equation exploring and discussing the relationship between the Psychological reactions (reformation recognition) and behavior responses(reform resistance and support);and from both of the subjective and objective angles, used the regulated variable which may influence the strategy of organization communication and behavior responses of staff. The subjective angle is by Chinese doctrine of the mean as regulated variable under the special conditions; the objective side is by the organization reform as regulated variable. The paper also talks about under the influence of Chinese doctrine of the mean and organization reform intensity, how the relationship will be affected, the conclusions as follows:①The degree of compatibility and openness of organization communication is positive correlation with staff reform actions; ②The degree of compatibility and openness of organization communication is positive correlation with staff reform recognition; ③Staff reform recognition positively influence staff reform actions; ④Staff reform recognition plays Intermediary role among the organization communication and staff reform behaviors. ⑤ Chinese doctrine of the mean regulates the relationship between organization communication and staff reform behaviors. According to the conclusions, there are several suggestions to be made:①Organizations or enterprises should have a total and completely communication and interaction with staff during organization reform. ②too much unnecessary information will cause hesitation among staff, and cooperative communication will produce large amounts of information which may not be useful, so the managers should pay more attention on the quality instead of quantity of information. ③ during the communication, managers should control the spread of risk information. ④Chinese doctrine of the mean sometime maybe moderate the resistance during organization reform, but sometime it will inversely increase the possibility of reform resistance when the information be communicated completely, so how to treat the doctrine of the mean should depend on the specific situation.
