As the increasing demand for transformation and upgrading and leapfrog development to enterprises, business model innovation has become the focus of theoretical and practical circles. A major proposition in the study of business model innovation is to explore the process of value creation and value delivery. At the same time, the tool to analysis business model innovation is mostly based on value chain theory at the present stage of theoretical research. However, because of the popularity and deepening of Internet applications, the original links of enterprise value chain are also becoming more complex. The value network theory coming from the interaction of real value network and information value network may be more suitable for analyzing the process of business model innovation. The market competitive advantage derived from a single enterprise to the enterprise group and the lack of using value network theory to explain the value creation and value delivery make up the research background of this article.To better clarify the mechanism of value network in the process of value creation and value delivery and find out the factors of driving the evolution of value in network business model innovation, this study adopts the method of case study and takes Xiaomi which has the characteristics of Internet background, market orientation and high growth as research object. Then this study analyzes the dynamic evolution path of value network as the change of business model innovation in Xiaomi. Finally we draw the main conclusions as follows:(1) The value network has a dynamic evolution process in the business model innovation. (2) The dynamic evolution process of value network follows the principle which is from the value module, the network value chain to the value network. (3) The driving factors of the dynamic evolution process include the customer value orientation and the innovative ability of leadership.The purpose of this research is to provide reference for the traditional phone makers, lead to the adjustment of business model structure and cope with the huge impact that Internet brings to the traditional industry.
