Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei economic circle is the leading area for China to participate in international competition,leading China's economic development,it,together with the Pearl River Delta and the Yangtze River Delta,constitutes the three major economic growth poles across regions in China.With the sharing of resources and economy between the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,the links between enterprises,universities and scientific research institutes among the regions are also constantly strengthened,and relying solely on the flow of resources within the region has been far from meeting the requirements of development.The interactive flow of knowledge,technology and talents between regions has turned Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei into an innovation network with"complex structure".Therefore,the cooperative innovation among enterprises,universities and scientific research institutions affects the evolution of Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei innovation network.In this paper,the industry-university-research cooperative patent is used to construct the industry-university-research cooperative innovation network.The cooperative innovation relationship can be measured according to the number of scientific papers,scientific monographs,research reports and patent joint applications.however,the performance of industry-university-research cooperation pays more attention to the economic benefits of scientific and technological transformation.The application for patent by enterprises in cooperation with colleges and universities and scientific research institutes is a process of economic benefit generation in which the knowledge output matches the application demand,and the patent has the characteristics of information standardization and economic attributes.Therefore,this paper chooses the joint patent application of industry-university-research as the basis for the relationship between network nodes(innovation subjects).In this paper,the industry-university-research cooperative innovation network composed of enterprises,universities and scientific research institutes in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei biomedical and electronic information industry is taken as the research object.In view of the interactive relationship of free cooperation among innovation subjects of industry-university-research,a stochastic interactive network connectivity generation function model is constructed from the perspective of role and regional multi-network.Based on the topology analysis of industry-university-research cooperative innovation network in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei biomedical and electronic information industry,the effectiveness of the model is empirically tested,and the connectivity mechanism and effect of industry-university-research cooperative innovation network are compared and analyzed with simulation.The Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei innovation network constructed in this paper is non-directional,which is based on the complex network theory,and the innovation subjects such as enterprises,universities and scientific research institutions in the Beijing-Tianj in-Hebei innovation network are the nodes.The correlation among the innovation subjects is defined as the edge of the innovation network,so as to study and analyze the complex characteristics and dynamic evolution of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei innovation network from 2009 to 2018.At the same time,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the cooperative innovation and development of various industries in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
