Research About The Integration Of Regional Informatization And Industrialization

The report of the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China shows definitely that we should promote the deeply integration of industrialization and informatization. It reflects the objective law of social development and draws on the developed countries’ practical experience. At the same time, it meets the development objectives of China that we should follow the new road to industrialization to make large industries stronger, then basically realize modernization by the end of 2050. In recent years, China starts to promote the integrative development of industrialization and informatization in the aspects of enterprises, industries and regions.Based on the research of the integration of regional industrialization and informatization, this paper includes the following parts:the first part mainly discusses the development situation and practice experience of the integration of industrialization and informatization at home and abroad, especially the several representative regions of our countries. The second part discusses the theoretical basis, including the connotation of region; the regional economic theory; informatization, industrialization and their relations; the theory of integration of industrialization and informatization. The third part discusses the construction of evaluation index system about the level of the integration of industrialization and informatization. It puts forward the purposes, requirements, basic principles, design philosophy and index selection of evaluation. The forth part discusses the development strategies, including strategic opportunities, general requirements, main tasks and safeguard measures. The last part is the empirical study. Take Shanghai and Jiangsu Province as examples, this part discusses the development situations, regional advantages, opportunities and challenges and development strategies of the experimental pot of the integration of industrialization and informatization in Shanghai. Also, the important processes, the existing problems and development countermeasures of Jiangsu’s integration of industrialization and informatization are contained.
