Tianjin Port’s construction and development has played a vital role in the realization of Tianjin Binhai New Area function as a center of international shipping and logistics center in northern China. Port logistics is one of the core business of Tianjin Port Group. Port logistics industry development is the important content to accelerate the international shipping and logistics center construction. As the only one wholly-owned integrated logistics company of Tianjin Port Group, Company A plays a key role for Tianjin port logistics industry development and expansion.Under the new situation of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei which has become the country’s overall development strategy, the strengthening of Company A’s development strategic research has become an important issue.
